Inner Noise.

This project explores the quiet distance between being present and truly feeling present. A mind caught between memories of what has been and thoughts of what is yet to come, slowly drifting away from the now. It is about the noise we carry within, and how sometimes it becomes louder than the world around us.

The noise, that feeling of being somewhere else while life continues around you. A constant presence that settles in the mind and slowly distances you from everything outside of it. Thoughts overlap, memories linger, and what is happening in the present begins to lose its intensity.

Somewhere between thought and reality, it becomes its own kind of space a place where the outside world grows quieter and the mind takes over. The longer it stays, the more distant the present starts to feel.

Nature became the visual representation of the present because it carries something the mind often loses: a sense of being alive and happening in real time. A landscape has a natural sense of presence, everything within it is alive, moving and existing in the same moment.

This contrast helped shape the visual world of the project, using nature as a point of connection with reality, a space where the present can be felt rather than overthought.
